Data Deletion Instructions

Departly (operated by Devforest AI (SMC) Private Limited) lets you delete any data we hold about you. This includes lead/contact records and any data received from connected sources such as Facebook or Instagram Lead Ads.

How to request deletion

Email [email protected] with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include:

The email address or phone number associated with your data, and
The business/page you interacted with (if known).

What happens next

We will verify the request and permanently delete the associated personal data from our systems within 30 days, and confirm by email. If the data was received from Facebook/Instagram, deletion also removes it from our processing of that Meta data.

Facebook data deletion

If you used a Facebook Login connected to Departly and want your associated data removed, you can also send a request here or remove Departly from your Facebook account under Settings → Apps and Websites. Either action triggers deletion of the data Departly holds for you.
